I have run women's groups, groups for men and women, training groups and supervision groups. I have a passion for group work and continue to work with individuals and supervisees.

I co-founded a Gestalt training centre in London (The Gestalt Studio) and ran it for 10 years, and in moving to the west country I decided to let it go. In 2006 I started to coach people, and studied with Bob Proctor and Joe Vitali. This training brilliantly brought together my love of Gestalt, living in the moment , heightening awareness and using this to move forward in life.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is such a valuable tool for supporting the inquiry into yourself, about how you feel and what you think.
Giving yourself the time to reflect on how you feel and why you feel the way you do. Understanding and making sense of what impacts your life from the past and whether your feelings and thoughts need to be brought up to date. Ultimately this will give you more freedom in your choices for the future.

One of the things that has always struck me is that psychotherapy is also a business. I call it 'The business of psychotherapy'. In order to set up in a private practice, I always needed a business mind, one of the things I do now is teach others how to do this successfully.
Working with small businesses and entrepreneurs, watching them and their projects grow and develop is a delight.

My experience and qualifications gained in the last 30 years have brought together two streams of work, that of psychotherapy & supervision, and coaching & consultancy.
